Tulsa Innovation Labs

The Challenge: Tulsa Innovation Labs (TIL) sought a content partner to help articulate its role in advancing Tulsa’s innovation economy. Operating across highly technical areas like emerging technologies, applied research and ecosystem development, TIL needed clearer, more approachable messaging that could resonate with a wide range of stakeholders, including policy makers, economic developers, business and industry leaders, employers, educators, manufacturers and entrepreneurs, as well as the general public.
Our Approach: We began with a comprehensive audit of TIL’s needs, audiences, channels and platforms, allowing us to custom-build a content strategy that fit within its existing structure. Working closely with both internal and external partners, we focused on clarity, accessibility and narrative cohesion to demystify technical subject matter without oversimplifying it, helping TIL communicate complex ideas in a way that was informative and engaging.
Outcome: TIL gained a clearer, more accessible overall narrative supported by a strategic content framework. As TIL’s content partner, we support website and external communications through event recaps, thought-leadership pieces, community spotlights, evergreen content and opinion editorials for outside publications. PartnerTulsa

The Challenge: PartnerTulsa needed a strategic communications partner to elevate awareness of its role in driving economic growth, supporting local businesses and positioning Tulsa as a hub for innovation, while bringing greater consistency and cohesion across earned, owned and digital channels.
Our Approach: We developed an integrated communications strategy designed to elevate brand visibility and reinforce consistent messaging across platforms. By aligning media relations, social media management, newsletter development, website content and general communications support, we ensured PartnerTulsa’s story was cohesive and accessible, positioning the organization as a trusted partner in Tulsa’s economic growth.
Outcome: Through ongoing support, PartnerTulsa continues to increase visibility through a cohesive public presence across earned, owned and digital channels. In 2025, with support from ONE80, the organization added 1,090 new followers across its two social platforms, generating more than 185,000 impressions and 18,000 engagements. With aligned messaging and a clearer communications framework, PartnerTulsa is positioned to reach new audiences and clearly articulate its role as a key driver of Tulsa’s business and economic ecosystem.
Mazzio’s
Services: Media Relations + Storytelling
The Challenge: As a beloved, longtime local restaurant with deep roots in Tulsa, Mazzio’s sought to build on its legacy while continuing to grow in an increasingly competitive dining landscape. The brand needed a partner to generate media excitement around new menu items and key business milestones. Proactive, strategic media outreach supports Mazzio’s goal of staying top of mind for both longtime fans and new customers.
Our Approach: We provide ongoing media relations support to build sustained brand awareness and maintain momentum across a series of strategic announcements and product launches. This work included supporting the relaunch of Mazzio’s Pizza and Wings brand platform, along with multiple high-impact product introductions, such as Mazzio’s Ranch Bar, Street Pizza (food truck–inspired pizzas), as well as new store openings and executive leadership announcements.
To amplify these efforts, we partnered Mazzio’s with local food influencers to drive regional awareness and in-store traffic during key product moments, including promotion of the brand’s iconic Ranch Bar. For select initiatives, earned media outreach was strategically paired with targeted local influencer engagement, leveraging Tulsa’s food and lifestyle communities to extend reach, deepen engagement, and reinforce product visibility in priority markets.
Outcome: With ongoing media relations in place, Mazzio’s maintains a clear and consistent public presence and strengthened brand recognition. The Ranch Bar influencer activation generated more than 260,000 views across multiple social media platforms, and Mazzio’s has earned placements in PMQ Pizza, Pizza Marketplace, Tulsa World and TulsaPeople. Strategic coverage and selective influencer engagement help promote new menu offerings, celebrate milestones and keep the restaurant top-of-mind for Tulsa diners.
